It might be perfect then. I was just thinking the other day about a house we really liked but thought was out of our budget (it ended up being the same price as the house we bought). That house had a really great mudroom and a cute red back door. I had all kinds of ideas for it! I'm glad we went with the house we did though because it really is better all around.
