Room and Board

There are so many little things about this kitchen nook I like - the dark floors, old school clock, the tiny pantry door...

Room: Leela Cyd interiors / Board: 1. Planter / 2. Pendant / 3. Clock / 4. Wood Countertop / 5. Round Table

lovely! We have a dining table similar in shape to that one (inspired by room and board, but bought used..) http://www.lifeonchurchill.com/2012/05/flowers-for-friday.html

That is a lovely kitchen. I am always torn between wood and granite. Wood feels so much more homey and exactly what you'd want in a kitchen, but granite is easy and looks chic.

Ooh I love the bit of gold peeking from the pendant lamp!

I <3 eating nooks. One day I'd love to have one with a bench.

Love the old school clock. My friends have 3 on their wall in their dining room, each set to a different time (each of their parents' homes in the States and then the last set to Italian time). Vintage combined with a broad worldview = my kind of style!

LOVE this post, Alli! I want countertops like that but I guess I have no room to complain since ours are granite!
