Heritage Park

I took a few more photos while we were at the park last week...the thing I love most about this park is how it feels far away from everything, even though it's surrounded by public buildings and busy parking lots.

This was our view: trees sweeping over the pond, reflections on the water, the sun setting, and a little rabbit that kept us company from afar, pacing ahead of us as we walked to our car and dashing across the road as we drove away (he can be spotted there in the middle pic!).

I just stumbled onto your blog and I love the title. Your images are beautiful. I love seeing rabbits again (they're scarcer in the west), but I was surprised by one in my front yard the other day and thought it was a rat at first. :)
